Anime Training Program - Privacy Policy

Maru Exposito (hereinafter referred to as the "Our studio") shall establish a Personal Information protection policy for the handling of Personal Information by those who use Our studio services (hereinafter referred to as the "User") as follows, establish a Personal Information protection system, make all employees aware of the importance of Personal Information protection, and promote the protection of Personal Information by thoroughly implementing such measures.

Article 1. (Personal Information)
"Personal Information" means "Personal Information" as set forth in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003; hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act"), and refers to information concerning a living individual that can identify a specific individual or includes a personal identification code based on the name, date of birth, or other description contained in such information.

Article 2. (Acquiring and Using Personal Information)

Our studio will obtain Personal Information of User and use the obtained data to the extent required for the following objectives. Use of Personal Information beyond the scope of the following objectives shall be subject to prior consent from User in an appropriate manner.

1)To provide Our studio services. (hereinafter referred to as "This project")
2)  To improve or improve the content of This project or to develop new services
3) Maintenance, important notices, and other information as required
4) To respond to User's comments and inquiries regarding This project (including identification)
5) To report This project usage to User
6) Provision of Personal Information to participating companies for events hosted by Our studio

Article 3. (Managing and Protecting Personal Information)
Personal Information shall be managed strictly, and the Company will not disclose or provide such information to any third party without User's consent except in the following cases: In addition, the government will take measures to prevent and remedy the risk of unauthorized access to Personal Information, loss, destruction, alteration, and Leakage, etc. of Personal Information, taking into account security.

1) Cases in which it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of User
2) Cases in which it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of sound upbringing of children and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of User
3) Cases in which a state organ or a local government or an entrusted person needs to cooperate in executing the affairs prescribed by laws and regulations and in which obtaining the consent of User is likely to hinder the execution of the affairs
4) In the event the handling of Personal Information is entrusted in whole or in part to the extent required for the achievement of the Purpose of Utilization for the purpose of smooth performance of business;
5) Cases where Personal Information is provided as a result of the succession of business due to merger or otherwise
6) Where Personal Information is used jointly with a specified person and a statement to that effect and the items of Personal Information to be used jointly, the scope of persons to be used jointly, the purpose of use of the users, and the name of the person responsible for managing Personal Information has been notified in advance to User or placed in a readily accessible condition.
7) Other cases permitted by law

Article 4. (Entrustment of Handling of Personal Information)

Our studio may entrust the handling of Personal Information in whole or in part to the extent required to achieve the Purpose of Use. In such cases, Our studio shall sufficiently examine the eligibility as an outsourcee, stipulate the items related to the obligation of confidentiality in the contract, and provide the required and appropriate supervision of the outsourcee.

Article 5. (Shared Use of Personal Information)

　Our studio may share Personal Information of User with the following scope and purpose to the extent required to achieve the Purpose of Use.

　Online Training instructor, Production assistant and Accountant of Maru Exposito

Article 6.  (Disclosing Personal Information)

Our studio shall disclose such Personal Information to User without delay when requested by User (limited to the principal; the same shall apply hereinafter in this article). Provided, however, that in the event any one of the following applies due to disclosure, the Company may not disclose all or part of such information, and in the event the Company decides not to disclose such information, the Company shall notify the Company of such decision without delay.

1) Cases where there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of User or a third party
2) Cases in which there is a risk of causing a serious hindrance to the proper performance of Our studio business
3)  In the event of any other violation of laws and regulations

Article 7.  (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

1)  If Our studio's Personal Information is incorrect, User will correct or delete Personal Information in accordance with the procedures set forth by the Company.
2) In the event Our studio receives a request as set forth in the preceding paragraph from User and determines that it is necessary to respond to use request, it shall correct or delete such Personal Information and notify User thereof without delay.

Article 8.  (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)

In the event Our studio is requested by User to suspend or eliminate the use of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Suspension of Use, etc.") as falling under any of the cases set forth in the following items, it shall conduct the required investigation without delay and shall conduct Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information in accordance with the laws and regulations and notify User thereof. Provided, however, that in the event it is difficult to Suspension of Use, etc. Personal Information with a large amount of expenses, or in the event it is difficult to make Suspension of Use, etc., and if alternative measures are to be taken to protect the rights and interests of User, such alternative measures shall be taken.

1) Cases where the information is handled beyond the scope of the Purpose of Utilization
2)  Cases where Personal Information was obtained by fraudulent means
3) Cases where the information is used in a manner that encourages or is likely to induce illegal or unjust acts
4) When Our studio no longer needs to use User's Personal Information
5)  In the event of leakage, loss, or damage to Personal Information containing Personal Information requiring consideration (hereinafter referred to as the "Leakage, etc.") or the possibility of such leakage
6) Cases in which Leakage, etc. of a Personal Information that is likely to cause property damage due to improper use has occurred or is likely to occur
7)  Cases in which an Leakage, etc. of a Personal Information that is likely to have been committed or is likely to have occurred with a dishonest objective
8) In the event the number of employees involved in Personal Information exceeds 1,000 or is likely to exceed Leakage, etc.
9)  Cases in which the treatment of Personal Information is likely to harm the rights or legitimate interests of User

Article 9. (Procedures to Change Privacy Policy)
Our studio will review the content of this Policy from time to time and strive to improve it. The contents of this Policy may be changed except by law or other matters otherwise stipulated in this Policy. The revised Privacy Policy shall become effective when it is notified to User or posted on Our studio website in the manner prescribed by Our studio.

Article 10. (Compliance with Laws and Regulations)
Our studio will comply with all applicable Japanese laws and regulations relating to its Personal Information.

Article 11. (Response to Complaints and Consultations)
Our studio will accept complaints and inquiries from User regarding the handling of Personal Information and will respond appropriately and promptly. We will also respond promptly and appropriately to requests from User for disclosing, correcting, adding, deleting, using or refusing to provide such Personal Information.

Anime Training Program - Privacy Policy

Maru Exposito（以下「当スタジオ」といいます。）は、当スタジオのサービスを利用する方（以下「利用者」といいます。）の個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、個人情報保護の仕組みを構築し、全従業員に個人情報保護の重要性を認識させるとともにその取組みを徹底させることにより、個人情報の保護を推進します。

  第 1 条 （個人情報）
「個人情報」とは、個人情報の保護に関する法律（平成十五年法律第五十七号、以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）にいう「個人情報」を指し、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できるもの又は個人識別符号が含まれるものを指します。

  第 2 条（個人情報の取得と利用）

当スタジオは、以下の目的に必要な範囲で、利用者の個人情報を取得し、取得した情報を利用させていただきます。以下の目的の範囲を超えて個人情報を利用する場合には、事前に適切な方法で利用者からの同意を得るものとします。

1. 当スタジオのサービス（以下「本事業」といいます。）を提供するため

2. 本事業の内容を改良・改善し、又は新サービスを開発するため

3. メンテナンス、重要なお知らせなど必要に応じたご連絡のため

4. 本事業に関する利用者からのご意見、お問い合わせ等に回答するため（本人確認を行うことを含む）

5. 本事業の利用状況を利用者にご報告するため

6. 当スタジオ主催イベントの参加企業等への個人情報の提供
   
   

  第 3条（個人情報の管理と保護）

個人情報の管理は、厳重に行うこととし、次に掲げる場合を除き、利用者の同意がない限り、第三者に対しデータを開示・提供することはいたしません。 また、安全性を考慮し、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えい等のリスクに対する予防並びに是正に関する対策を講じます。

1. 人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、利用者の同意を得ることが困難である場合

2. 公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、利用者の同意を得ることが困難である場合

3. 国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、利用者の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合

4. 業務を円滑に遂行するため、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を委託する場合

5. 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合

6. 個人情報を特定の者との間で共同して利用する場合であって、その旨並びに共同して利用される個人情報の項目、共同して利用する者の範囲、利用する者の利用目的及び当該個人情報の管理について責任を有する者の氏名又は名称について、あらかじめ利用者に通知し、又は利用者が容易に知り得る状態に置いた場合

7. その他法令で認められる場合

  第 4条 （個人情報の取扱いの委託）

当スタジオは、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を委託する場合がございます。この場合、当スタジオは、委託先としての適格性を十分審査するとともに、契約にあたって守秘義務に関する事項等を定め、委託先に対する必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

 第 5 条 （個人情報の共同利用）

　当スタジオは、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、利用者の個人情報を以下の範囲及び目的で共同利用することがございます。

  第 6 条 （個人情報の開示）

当スタジオは、利用者（本人に限る。本条において以下同じ）から個人情報の開示を求められたときは、利用者に対し、遅滞なくこれを開示します。但し、開示することにより次のいずれかに該当する場合は、その全部又は一部を開示しないこともあり、開示しない決定をした場合には、その旨を遅滞なく通知します。

1. 利用者又は第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合

2. 当スタジオの業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合

3. その他法令に違反することとなる場合
   
   

  第 7 条 （個人情報の訂正及び削除）

1. 当スタジオの保有する個人情報が誤った情報である場合には、利用者の請求により、当スタジオが定める手続きに従い個人情報の訂正又は削除を行います。

2. 当スタジオは、利用者から前項の請求を受けてその請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には、遅滞なく、当該個人情報の訂正又は削除を行い、これを利用者に通知します。
   
   

  第8条（個人情報の利用停止等）

当スタジオは、利用者から、以下の各号に定める場合に該当するとして、個人情報の利用の停止又は消去（以下「利用停止等」といいます。）を求められた場合には、遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づき、法令に従って、個人情報の利用停止等を行い、その旨利用者に通知します。但し、個人情報の利用停止等に多額の費用を有する場合その他利用停止等を行うことが困難な場合であって、利用者の権利利益を保護するために必要なこれに代わるべき措置をとれる場合は、この代替策を講じます。

1. 利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われている場合

2. 不正の手段により取得された個人情報である場合

3. 違法又は不当な行為を助長し、又は誘発するおそれがある方法により利用されている場合

4. 当スタジオが利用者の個人情報を利用する必要がなくなった場合

5. 要配慮個人情報が含まれる個人情報の漏えい、滅失若しくは毀損（以下「漏えい等」といいます。）が発生し、又は発生したおそれがある場合

6. 不正に利用されることにより財産的被害が生じるおそれがある個人情報の漏えい等が発生し、又は発生したおそれがある場合

7. 不正の目的をもって行われたおそれがある個人情報の漏えい等が発生し、又は発生したおそれがある場合

8. 個人情報にかかる本人の数が千人を超える漏えい等が発生し、又は発生したおそれがある場合

9. 当該個人情報の取扱いにより利用者の権利又は正当な利益が害されるおそれがある場合
   
   

  第 9条 （プライバシーポリシーの変更手続）

当スタジオは本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。本ポリシーの内容は、法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めのある事項を除いて、変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、当スタジオ所定の方法により、利用者に通知し、又は当スタジオウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。

 第 10 条 （法令、規範の遵守）

当スタジオは、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令、その他規範を遵守します。

  第 11条 （苦情及び相談への対応）

当スタジオは、個人情報の取扱いに関する利用者からの苦情、相談を受け付け、適切かつ迅速に対応いたします。また、利用者からの当該個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用又は提供の拒否などのご要望に対しても、迅速かつ適切に対応いたします。
